The luxury villa is equipped with air conditioning, wi-fi internet, barbecue, foosball, washing machine, iron and ironing board, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, dishwasher, heating with 2 pellet stoves, insect screens, TV, parking. Pets are allowed.
An electric gate leads into the large property. A pathway leads toward the courtyard of Villa Heel of Italy, from which you can reach the 2 units. To the right of the garden is the beautiful blue swimming pool with a shaded gazebo with outdoor lounges, a perfect haven of peace for relaxing moments between one dip in the pool and the next.
The first apartment accommodates 8 people and has an outdoor space furnished with a gazebo where you can dine al fresco. The house features a bright living room with wooden canopy, furnished with 1 double sofa bed and a complete kitchenette.
The sleeping area comprises 1 double bedroom with air conditioning, TV and en suite bathroom with shower, 1 twin bedroom with single beds, air conditioning and en suite bathroom, from which you can access the second twin bedroom.
The second apartment accommodates 2 people. It is a two-room apartment formed by a living room with kitchenette equipped with coffee machine and electric oven, air conditioning and TV, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower.
Villa Heel of Italy is located on the Cape of Leuca, in the area of Gagliano del Capo, just 1 km from the center of Santa Maria di Leuca, its sanctuary, lighthouse, beautiful Art Nouveau villas and caves. Leuca is the southeasternmost point in Italy, also known as Finibus Terrae.
The town offers all the main services during the summer, and the sanctuary of Santa Maria de Finibus Terrae, the extreme tip of the Heel of Italy, is a pilgrimage site throughout the year.

To confirm a reservation, you must make payment of at least 30% of the total within 1 day of confirming the reservation.
All payments, whether the final balance or the full amount, must be completed within 90 days of entering the facility. If this deadline has already passed, the full amount must be paid within days: 1
Teloni Travel Standard Terms & Conditions are defined as:
- 0% refund of deposit in case of cancellation requested up to 90 days before check-in
- 50% refund (in case of balance already paid) in case of cancellation requested between 89 and 1 days before check-in
- 0% refund (and 100% penalty) in case of no-show
In case of cancellation - for objective reasons that can be documented, unforeseeable and not known at the time of booking - the following conditions apply in case of application of the "Serene Cancellation" Insurance *:
- From the time of booking to check-in, 100% refund of the value of the amount paid, for the reasons indicated above
- No show: no amount will be refunded to the customer
*"Serene Cancellation" Insurance is an extra protection offered (and that guests must request at the time of booking) in case of direct booking through Teloni Travel and for objective causes that can be documented, unpredictable and not known at the time of booking.
In addition, in order to assure the insurance coverage to the guests, we need (within 12 hours from the booking) a list with Surnames - Names of all possible participants.
If we do not send the list, we cannot ensure the validity of the coverage.
According to municipal regulations, a tax may be charged by the facility manager to guests in the form of a fixed fee per person per night.
