The furnishings and architectural details have been designed to highlight the beauty of the Maiolica, a typical island ceramic of the island, which illuminates the spaces of the house with pastel shades.
The house is spread over two floors for a total surface area of 170 square meters. On the ground floor there are three double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and toilet. Upstairs is the front door which opens onto a double living room with dining table, sofas and television. The interior of the villa is completed by a service bathroom, a laundry room and a spacious kitchen.
Outside, for a relaxing bath or a regenerating dive, an extraordinary panoramic swimming pool, overlooking the sea, served by umbrellas and sunbeds, which is accessed via a path surrounded by dense vegetation, awaits you.
The sea view terraces of the house can be used for "sunbathing" but also for moments of reading, convivial meetings and much more. Even during the hottest days you will find some refreshment among the trees while at sunset the swimming pool with a large seat, accessed by a Roman staircase, will know how to pamper you thanks its truly unique view.
The whole living area opens onto a large terraced patio covered by large fabric sails where you will find sofas and armchairs with a small table where you can sit using it as a relaxation area but also a table with a glass top and six seats for lunch and dinner outdoor.
The large living room is very comfortable, particularly bright thanks to the presence of two French windows. Here a sofa and an armchair divide one area from another that has a table and chairs where you can eat indoors. Another table with chairs is also present in the kitchen which is equipped with everything: sink with double basin, five-burner stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and dishes.
The bedrooms in the sleeping area are spacious and welcoming with furnishing references to the charm of the island and its colors.
Inside the property there is also a private parking with electric gate.

PAYMENT TERMS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:
To confirm a reservation, you must make payment of at least 30% of the total within 1 day of confirming the reservation.
All payments, whether the final balance or the full amount, must be completed within 90 days of entering the facility. If this deadline has already passed, the full amount must be paid within days: 1
Teloni Travel Standard Terms & Conditions are defined as:
- 0% refund of deposit in case of cancellation requested up to 90 days before check-in
- 50% refund (in case of balance already paid) in case of cancellation requested between 89 and 1 days before check-in
- 0% refund (and 100% penalty) in case of no-show
In case of cancellation - for objective reasons that can be documented, unforeseeable and not known at the time of booking - the following conditions apply in case of application of the "Serene Cancellation" Insurance *:
- From the time of booking to check-in, 100% refund of the value of the amount paid, for the reasons indicated above
- No show: no amount will be refunded to the customer
*"Serene Cancellation" Insurance is an extra protection offered (and that guests must request at the time of booking) in case of direct booking through Teloni Travel and for objective causes that can be documented, unpredictable and not known at the time of booking.
In addition, in order to assure the insurance coverage to the guests, we need (within 12 hours from the booking) a list with Surnames - Names of all possible participants.
If we do not send the list, we cannot ensure the validity of the coverage.
According to municipal regulations, a tax may be charged by the facility manager to guests in the form of a fixed fee per person per night.
