The Villa is all on one floor and has a splendid viewpoint that is ideal for an aperitif with friends to be consumed, perhaps, while admiring the sunset. It will welcome you in its comfortable living area, a large and very bright open space. From here you can access, through a large sliding window, the terrace with its wonderful view of the world around you. The terrace is covered so it can be used for different occasions and at different times of the day.
Also in the living area there is also a sofa bed, which in need can offer hospitality to 2 other people. All rooms in the house are equipped with air conditioning and a wi-fi system for wireless Internet connection.
Villa Occidente offers maximum hospitality in its outdoor areas which are enriched by a beautiful swimming pool 10 meters long by 5 meters wide with a unique view of Mount Sparacio and a verdant landscape. The infinity will open a wonderful world ahead of you suspended between the water and the sky.
Also outside there is also a solarium area, with comfortable deck chairs, and a shower.
