Privacy will be absolute, as there are no other properties nearby and the location is almost 900 meters above the lake. Not far from here you will find the cable car that will allow you to get off at Argegno, a lovely town that houses the ferry station, the beach but also the private boat and the mooring of Villa Ada.
All around you, fenced together with the rest of the Villa's property, extraordinary charming alpine gardens will make your stay even more discreet and pleasant. For sunbathing or relaxing moments, the large terrace on the roof of the pool awaits you, an infinity-edge heated and 22 meters long, while the other terrace of the main house and the poolside will offer you wonderful opportunities for dining outdoor.
The pool area, modern but which blends well with the whole environment, is a reality to be experienced outside Villa Ada. A sort of outbuilding made for dreaming. It is located in a privileged position, with sweeping views of the towering mountains that will be a magical backdrop for your eyes, and seems to literally float on the blue waters of the lake. It will offer you spectacular views while also giving you shelter and hospitality in the comfort of its large comfortable sofas or to sip a drink or an aperitif. You can also relax by soaking in the hot tub or stay here all day doing nothing. The pool house is, in fact, also a delightful refuge from the heat of the sun. It has a full kitchen, central island, sitting area with huge views. A playground and a tree house are available for the little ones, who are really welcome guests.
The Villa has 3 floors. The large common areas have two large sitting areas to enjoy the various entertainment possibilities (tv, projector, stereo system and board games). In addition there is a billiard table and everywhere there are views and terraces that offer beautiful views of the lake. There is a beautiful dining room inside the villa while a pergola on the huge terrace, also overlooking the lake, will be the ideal place to host your outdoor dinners.
The house has fast wi-fi, English satellite Tv channels, Sonos sound systems, electronic games for children (ps4 and Wii) and a large selection of board games.
The sleeping area features bedrooms designed in a contemporary and elegant way in keeping with the elegant features of the Villa. The suites have balconies with views, marble bathrooms, fine furnishings and fine fabrics.
The unique and exclusive view of Lake Como makes this residence truly unique, in addition to its constructive beauty. You will be only an hour's drive from Milan, at the foot of the Alps and a stone's throw from scenarios chosen for the filming of parts of the 2006 Bond film "Casino Royale" and other Hollywood films such as "Star Wars".
You can walk along ancient paths until you reach picturesque locations in what is truly a corner of paradise.
In the event of a reservation, the following conditions are accepted:
€ 10,000 will be required at check-in as a security deposit
€ 10,000 per week food and beverage deposit
(The guest will pay a security deposit of € 10,000 (ten thousand euros) per week, which the lessor will use as a deposit fund for the consumption of meals and beverages by guests during the rental period. The reconciliation of costs with any additional charges or credits will be made at the end of the tenancy.
Chef and continental breakfast are included. There will be a fixed charge for meals: light menu 65€p/p, traditional menu 65€p/p, gourmet menu 100€ p/p, which will be cooked by the chef).
The pool is not guaranteed to be open during the months of October to May.

BETALINGEN EN ANNULERINGSVOORWAARDEN:
Om een reservering te bevestigen, moet ten minste 30% van het totaalbedrag binnen 1 dag na de boekingsbevestiging betaald worden.
Alle betalingen, als het nu gaat om het eindsaldo of om het volledige bedrag, moeten binnen 90 dagen voor de betreding van de accommodaties verrekend worden. Als deze termijn al verstreken is moet het volledige bedrag betaald worden binnen: 1 dag
De Algemene Standaard Voorwaarden van Teloni Travel luiden als volgt:
- 0% restitutie van de aanbetaling in geval van annulering aangevraagd tot 90 dagen voor de check-in
- 50% restitutie (bij reeds betaald saldo) in geval van annulering aangevraagd tussen 89 en 1 dagen voor de check-in
- 0% restitutie (en 100% annuleringskosten) in geval van niet verschijnen
In geval van annulering - om objectief aantoonbare onvoorziene redenen die niet bekend waren op het moment van de reservering - zijn de volgende voorwaarden van de Verzekering "Veilige Annulering" van toepassing*:
- Vanaf het moment van de reservering tot de check-in, 100% restitutie van het betaalde bedrag, voor de hierboven vermelde redenen
- Niet verschijnen: geen bedrag wordt terugbetaald aan de gast
*De Verzekering "Veilige Annulering" is een extra bescherming, (die de gasten moeten aanvragen op het moment van de boeking) in geval van directe boekingen via Teloni Travel en voor objectief aantoonbare onvoorziene redenen die niet bekend waren op het moment van de reservering..
Om de gasten te kunnen verzekeren vragen wij bovendien (binnen 12 uur na de reservering)een lijst met Achternamen – Voornamen van alle mogelijke deelnemers.
Indien de lijst niet wordt verzonden, kunnen we de geldigheid van de dekking niet garanderen.
Volgens de gemeentelijke verordening kan door de beheerder een toeristenbelasting worden aangerekend in de vorm van een vast bedrag per persoon per nacht.
